The successful candidate will lead a team of four and report to the Company’s Management. They will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions across our three offices, with a primary focus on recruitment. The full job description includes:

What you offer

  • Studied Human Resources Management
  • >10 years of relevant HR experience
  • Recruitment background
  • Experience in HR generalist areas listed above
  • Experience in a small and/or medium-sized firm is a must
  • Experience using the latest technology-based recruitment methods
  • Experience with branding, marketing and managing a company’s social media presence
  • Ability to deal with people of varying experience and cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Adopt a hands-on approach relevant to a smaller firm, willingness to get involved
