The successful candidate will be part of our HR team and will be reporting to our Campus Recruitment Manager.  Together with the rest of our recruitment team, this person will be responsible for making sure of the success of our graduate and internship recruitment and communication.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with the Campus Recruitment Manager and hiring managers to execute company’s campus recruiting strategy for Greater China
  • Build and maintain relationships with key universities in China
  • Coordinate and facilitate all logistics associated with hosting on-campus activities at target schools, including arranging presentations with key clubs and societies and career services
  • Source and maintain relationships with external publication vendors to ensure recruitment brochures, banners, and other promotional items are localized for the Chinese market
  • Responsible for maintaining China specific social media presence (WeChat)
  • Support other ad-hoc HR related tasks as per request


What you offer

  • 2-3 years of work experience in Recruitment or Campus Recruitment positions (in-house or executive search)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university required
  • Good English and Native/Fluent Mandarin are Essential
  • Passionate about a service-based and people-oriented profession and enjoy talking to people
  • Good time management and organization skills
